A Commission from a Railway Enthusiast who saw my Italian Harbour Watercolour.
He wants the abstract look combined with the detail in the Unit, I think that is the correct term for the Train.
This particular Class of Locomotive is being removed from Service. Apparently it was well loved.

I agree about the subject matter and having never painted a train before was a bit nervous but actually enjoyed the challenge.Not too well at moment having an infected tooth which has to be sorted before leaving for France in a few weeks time.What is the weather like at present?We shall be visiting Charente Maritime at some point in our two months holiday.Cant wait to be in France again.
